We have established the Declaration of Human Rights with respect for human rights as our core value,
and we are striving to take root in all the activities of the organization and the operation of the enterprise
We respect the human rights of all stakeholders connected to the company as well as our employees. In particular, we support the human rights principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Guidelines for Business and Human Rights; Ruggie Framework, and promise to faithfully practice them.
We strictly prohibit child labor and forced labor and prevent discrimination or unfair treatment for any reason, such as nationality, race, gender or academic background. We also actively support various members, including women, foreigners, and the disabled, to demonstrate their capabilities without disadvantages in the entire personnel management process, including employment, promotion, compensation, and retirement. We are doing our best to ensure that these policies can be applied equally to business partners beyond our organization.
We operate various communication channels to prevent human rights violations that may occur in the course of management activities. Employees can raise their opinions through the grievance committee and the compliance officer, and suppliers and stakeholders can call. If any correction is needed among the items received, we take prompt and sufficient measures. Also, if you find any violations or violations of our human rights principles, please contact us at any time and we will actively respond.
We will always act as responsible corporate citizens who contribute to society based on love and dignity. Furthermore, we promise to be a strong partner in creating a sustainable and prosperous future for human society together.
