Giving or receiving bribes or kickbacks to/from stakeholders
Lack of transparency in the selection of business partners and suppliers
Abuse of authority or position to make unfair or unreasonable demands
Embezzlement, misappropriation, or receipt of bribes involving public/corporate funds
Falsification, manipulation, or concealment of documents and accounts
Incidents causing moral turpitude, such as sexual harassment within the organization
Corruption, bribery, conflict of interest, and anti-competitive behavior by employees toward internal/external stakeholders
External feedback regarding customer health and safety issues
Reporting information security breaches involving stakeholders
