Standard Terms and Conditions for Internet Cyber Mall

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Cyber Mall and its users in using the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Sinhan Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as the "Mall") operated by Sinhan Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. (e-commerce business operator).
※ 「These Terms and Conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to e-commerce using PC communications, wireless, etc., as long as it does not contradict its nature.」

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Mall" refers to a virtual place of business established by Sinhan Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. to trade goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide Goods, etc. to users, and it is also used in the sense of a business operator operating a cyber mall.
  2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the "Mall" and receive services provided by the "Mall" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the "Mall," who is continuously provided with information from the "Mall," and who can continue to use the services provided by the "Mall."
  4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "Mall" without joining as a member.

Article 3 (Clarification, Explanation, and Revision of Terms, etc.)

  1. The "Mall" shall post the contents of these Terms, trade name, representative's name, business address (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail-order business report number, personal information manager, etc., on the initial service screen (front) of the Cyber Mall so that users can easily find them. However, the contents of the Terms may be made available to users through a linked screen.
  2. Before the user agrees to the Terms, the "Mall" must provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen to seek the user's confirmation so that the user can understand important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.
  3. The "Mall" may revise these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act.
  4. When the "Mall" revises the Terms, it shall announce the application date and the reason for the revision on the initial screen of the Mall from 7 days prior to the application date to the day before the application date. However, if the contents of the Terms are changed disadvantageously to the user, a grace period of at least 30 days shall be provided for announcement.
  5. Matters not prescribed in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce, etc., as determined by the Fair Trade Commission and related laws or commercial practices.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

  1. The "Mall" performs the following duties:
    1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts
    2. Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded
    3. Other duties determined by the "Mall"
  2. In the event of out-of-stock goods or changes in technical specifications, the "Mall" may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided by future contracts. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of provision shall be immediately announced where the current contents are posted.

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  1. Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between the "Mall" and the user shall be based on the user's address at the time of filing, and if there is no address, it shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the place of residence.
  2. Korean law shall apply to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the "Mall" and the user.
